LOCATION: We are located in the Kruger Village Shopping Centre, Redbank Plains.
There is ample parking in the centre carpark, however do be aware that as we are located opposite Kruger State School, it can be a little busier during school drop off and pick up times.
FOR YOU: We recommend that you attend our practice 10 minutes early for your first appointment, as this will allow you time to relax, enjoy a complimentary refreshment of water, tea or coffee, and complete our new patient medical history form.
Please remember to bring your health fund card with you if you have dental cover and wish to claim instantly using our HICAPS machine. We are happy to accept all health funds and are members choice for AHM, BUPA, MBP, TUH, HCF, CBHS, and NIB. In addition to this we are happy to provide service to DVA patients.
If your children are eligible for the Children’s Dental Benefit Scheme, please bring their valid Medicare card, there will be an additional form to fill out to allow us to bulk bill our services for you.
Finally, if you have a Voucher from the public system, please bring the original copy with you, along with photo ID, your Medicare and/or Health Care card and hand this in to our friendly reception staff upon arrival.
